Grand Hyatt Beijing at Oriental Plaza
"For my trip to Beijing, I chose the Grand Hyatt. To be objective, it's not far from Metro Lines 8 and 1, but to get to the hotel, you either have to go through a shopping mall or climb a steep set of stairs or a坡, which felt like being in Chongqing. This isn't convenient if you're carrying luggage. So, in reality, the transportation was quite inconvenient. Also, I have to complain about the hotel's pillows – they were terrible. Two soft pillows stacked together were too high, but one was too low. The main issue was how soft they were; they offered no support at all. I stayed for three nights and didn't get a good night's sleep because of them."
Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel
"Traveling with family to Beijing, staying near Wangfujing was convenient. The hotel's brand, ambiance, and breakfast were all excellent. We booked an Executive Forbidden City View room specifically to see the golden roofs of the Forbidden City. The sunset views were amazing! You could also see the White Dagoba at Jingshan Park. On our second night, the front desk helped us move to a higher floor with a better view. We stayed for two consecutive nights and were very satisfied overall! 😀"
Livefortuna Hotel
Hotel offering a relaxing stay with a pool, leisure facilities, and comfortable rooms designed for both short breaks and longer visits.
InterContinental Hotels BEIJING SANLITUN by IHG
"Great location, close to Sanlitun. What can I say? Everything was pretty good, except for a slow check-in process. The lunch at the Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very welcoming."
Holiday Inn BEIJING FOCUS SQUARE by IHG
"This was my second stay at this hotel. I just needed a one-night layover in Beijing and didn't have high expectations. Overall, it was good. The location is great, and there are plenty of conveniences nearby. It's excellent value for money during the off-season. Member benefits, like late check-out, were well-handled, showing good guest relations. The facilities are a bit old and could use a renovation."
Sofitel Beijing Central (Accor)
"As a guest, I truly experienced Destin's excellent service. He was warm and humble, and the check-in process was efficient and organized. He was patient and thorough when answering questions, explaining everything clearly, and maintained a gentle and polite demeanor throughout. He proactively helped coordinate our requests, demonstrating thoughtful and considerate service that was both professional and heartwarming. This left a wonderful impression on our visit, making us feel incredibly comfortable."
Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong
Hotel New Otani Chang Fu Gong is located in Beijing, just 1 km from Beijing Railway Station and 26 km from the airport, right next to Jianguomen metro station. Nearby, you'll find Ritan Park (Ritan Gongyuan) and the vibrant Wangfujing shopping street.
Grand Millennium Beijing
Grand Millennium Beijing is a fantastic choice for travellers looking to explore the city. Grand Millennium Beijing offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're in Beijing for business or to explore the sights. Travellers will appreciate the hotel's location, with Beijingdong Railway Station and Beijing Capital International Airport conveniently located just 4 km and 25 km away, respectively. Travellers can easily get around the city thanks to the nearby Jintaixizhao metro station.
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Hotel (Beijing Panjiayuan Fangzhuang Subway Station)
"My sister and I stayed here together. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they even called my parents since I'm underage when we checked in. During our stay, they were very responsive to all our requests, and the amenities were also very comfortable. It's really close to Tiananmen Square and the Temple of Heaven, and getting a taxi is super convenient."
Jingli Hotel (Beijing Heshenghui Dajiaoting Subway Station Branch)
"It's hard to describe how I feel. 1. The room was indeed small, and so was the balcony. I mistakenly thought I had booked a smaller room type, but after confirming with Trip.com, it turned out I had booked the larger one. 2. I was very busy with my business trip and didn't experience much service. One morning, I woke up to find my door ajar, which was a bit surprising. However, since I didn't have any valuables with me during the trip, I just chatted with the front desk lady, explained the situation, and hoped they would take it seriously. But when I asked in the afternoon, she said she hadn't looked into it yet, and when I asked in the evening, she said she had checked. Nothing came of it. This was quite bizarre; I had to keep pressing them to get the issue resolved. Honestly, there should be an alarm for an ajar door, or the door should have a spring to ensure it closes and locks properly, but unfortunately, neither was the case. 3. Then, when it came to getting the invoice, the front desk lady finally seemed interested in asking about my stay, probably hoping for a good review, and became quite proactive. It feels too formalistic, lacking attention to detail, and overly profit-driven, which left me feeling quite dissatisfied."
THE YARD HOTEL BEIJING, Tian'anmen Square
"Facilities: Excellent, the bathtub was very comfortable. Cleanliness: Housekeeping cleaned regularly and diligently. Ambiance: Ancient charm, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming. When our suitcase broke, they even proactively recommended a place to buy a new one. The location is especially good."
Arbour Hotel
"From the thoughtful welcome fruit upon check-in to the warm and attentive front desk service, everything exudes high quality. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the surrounding environment was quiet and pleasant. The breakfast was rich and delicious. This stay was a fantastic experience, highly recommended."
UrCove by HYATT Beijing Forbidden City
"The hotel was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a short walk from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. It was unfortunate that the roof-top terrace was closed while we were there. Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the hotel, and we would certainly recommend it."
